Who answers when I call Data Cube Systems?

Last updated October 16, 2026 · Reviewed by James San Filippo

When you call Data Cube Systems at (407) 857-9904, a technician answers when one is free. If the team is already on another call or working a ticket, an AI assistant answers instead. It says it is an AI, can look up or update your tickets, and if you ask for a technician by name it will try that technician's extension.

What the assistant can do

When the technicians are busy, the assistant can:

  • find your open tickets and add an update to one
  • open a new ticket with the details of your problem
  • connect you to a technician. Ask for one by name and it will try that technician’s extension.

Why it asks who you are

Before it discusses a ticket, the assistant confirms who is calling, sometimes with a short code sent to the phone or email on file. Many offices share one phone line, so the number alone does not say who is calling, and tickets can contain sensitive details.
