How it works

From first call to everyday support

  1. Step 1: First call

Tell us what is slowing your team down. A free consultation is a conversation, not a sales pitch.

  2. Step 2: Assessment

We look at how your systems are set up and where your risks and gaps are.

  3. Step 3: Onboarding

A plan in priority order, then your systems come under our care, secured and monitored.

  4. Step 4: Day-to-day support

The same team looks after your environment, so you never explain your setup from scratch.

Security

Two security operations centers, working for you

Most small-business security stops at a firewall. Ours is built in two layers, and each layer comes with its own 24x7 SOC.

  1. Every day

    Software and attachments arrive

Email, downloads, USB sticks, a link someone clicked.

  2. Layer 1 · ThreatLocker

    Only approved software runs

Anything not on the approved list is stopped before it can start.

Backed by ThreatLocker’s own 24x7 SOC

  3. Layer 2 · SentinelOne

Every computer is watched for an attack

SentinelOne looks for the signs of an attack on each machine.

Backed by SentinelOne’s own 24x7 SOC

  4. If ransomware gets through

    Roll the computer back

SentinelOne can return the affected computer to its state before the encryption.

The two operations centers belong to ThreatLocker and SentinelOne, not to Data Cube Systems. They watch around the clock; our help desk keeps Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern. Nights and weekends are available for scheduled project work, and for emergencies.
