Is this password email really from Data Cube Systems?

Last updated October 16, 2026 · Reviewed by James San Filippo

Real password reminders from Data Cube Systems come from support@datacubesystems.com, with the subject "Your password expires in [number] days" or "Your account [username] was locked", and link to polaris.datacubesystems.com/reset. Data Cube Systems no longer uses Quickpass, so a password email from Quickpass is not from us. If a message does not match, forward it to support@datacubesystems.com before clicking anything.

What a real reminder looks like

  • From: support@datacubesystems.com
  • Subject: “Your password expires in [number] days”, or “Your account [username] was locked”
  • Link: to polaris.datacubesystems.com/reset, Data Cube Systems’ password reset page

Data Cube Systems never asks you to type your current password into an email or a link from one. When in doubt, call (407) 857-9904.
