I am getting a new phone. How do I keep Duo working?
Tell Data Cube Systems before you switch phones. With notice, Data Cube Systems can send the new Duo activation text ahead of time, so moving to the new phone is routine instead of an emergency that locks you out. Call (407) 857-9904 or email support@datacubesystems.com with the day you expect the new phone.
If you already switched
Call (407) 857-9904. Data Cube Systems will confirm who you are and send a new activation to the new phone.
