Can Data Cube Systems reset my password over the phone?
Yes. Data Cube Systems can reset a work password over the phone, but you usually don't need to wait for a technician. Self-service password reset is faster: go to polaris.datacubesystems.com/reset, or text RESET to +1 (888) 408-2390 for a link, and set a new password yourself.
Two ways to reset it yourself
- On the web. Go to polaris.datacubesystems.com/reset to reset your work password: the one you use for email and Remote Desktop. The client portal sign-in page links there too.
- By text. Text RESET to +1 (888) 408-2390 from the mobile number on your contact record, and you will get a reset link.
